So easy. So thorough. Great service!

It was a little better on the "greetings" this time but the service are still too busy talking among themselves to acknowledge the customers. Team Toyota delivers great service. However, it is very annoying that every time I bring my car in for service I am left standing in front of the service counter without being acknowledged let alone being waited on as the next customer. Every service rep ignores you until one of them at last asks you to come forward. Is it so hard to greet the customer and let them know someone will be right with you? Are we invisible?

Mike in service walked me thru the recall on my car and explained the whole process to me. I was nervous going in, but Mike made me very comfortable that my car would be fine

The salesperson Jeremy Wood was very courteous and friendly. He met all of our needs for a new vehicle. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. The financial department also met all of our needs to be able for us to purchase our vehicle

Jeremy Wood was awesome to work with start to finish. He prepped all the paperwork before we got to the dealership, and the car we wanted was parked by the front door when we arrived. After purchase, Jeremy did the app setup and went over everything on the car and app. John Buckley was also great to work with on the financing. This is a really good team and dealership. We'd been to other dealerships and are glad we purchased the vehicle from them.

Very easy process.

I purchased a new vehicle from Team Toyota of Glen Mills and could not be happier with the experience. Vani is the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with. Hard working, great communication, and a straight-shooter. I was buying from out-of-state, so good communication was critical. He nailed it, including by responding during his days off.

Although I did not buy my next car from here I was very impressed with the staff at Team Toyota of Glen Mills. From walking In was taken care of right away. I worked with Tony Gott. He took the time to show me all the cars I was interested in. He was very kind, patient and really cares about his customers. He's also a big Phillies fan which is 5 stars in my book.
